Mamma Mia! Hits the News Running Today in the Triangle…

Having seen the Smash Hit Musical MAMMA MIA! last night, I was excited for today’s press run to all the local news channels with the two leading ladies.  Jennifer Noth playing Donna Sheridan and Lyndsey Cole playing Sophie Sheridan, were seem thrilled to be here in the Triangle for their first time.  Both young ladies are very involved with their roles, and as they spoke about the show during their interviews, it was evident of their passion for not only what they do, but for the musical itself. They said that DPAC’s outstanding crowd brought more energy into their own performances!  That energy was evident last night as people danced and sang along to all the familar tunes.  People come again and again to this show, which I guess is why it is still in the top 10 on Broadway in NYC!  Plus, who doesn’t love a feel good, happy show!
